EXCELLENT!

This condo is wonderful! Comfortable and nice furnishings and excellent kitchen!! The kitchen has everything you could need - they even have spices and nice pans! (plus a martini shaker - even though I don't know how to use it :) This is a great great place to stay!!

Nice place at a nice price

I really liked this apartment. It was very convenient to my meetings downtown and comfortable. Access was simple and there was security at the front door. The price was nice as well. It was a little dusty/dirty when I arrived and the bathroom may need an upgrade, but everything was fully functional. I'd stay here again, but might request that they ensure the apartment is cleaned after the prior visitors.

Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Relaxing on balcony after a long day working was the best. Very attentive owner. Would stay again.

Wonderful location!

Great location and convenient to many downtown Atlanta restaurants and attractions. The bed was very comfortable and owner was easy to work with and responded quickly. We were here to work and this provided a great place to get away and relax.

The property was walking distance to a lot of activities downtown. We felt safe walking and the front desk people were wonderful. The apartment was clean but could use a little updating. Use recommend as a home away from home.

Great space for business traveller in downtown

Decided to look for a condo instead of the standard hotel room for a conference I was attending in downtown Atlanta. I was glad to have found Don's condo. It was right across the street from my conference location but also had several great restaurants in walking distance and 24 hr CVS about a block away. Condo was clean and tidy, strong wireless access, a nice view of downtown from the 22nd floor balcony (although with the heat, I didn't actually venture outside). Bed was super comfortable, kitchen has updated appliances. Don was easy to contact and get quick responses from. Definitely recommended for business travelers in downtown Atlanta or couples on a holiday.

Perfect for a week-long stay in downtown Atlanta

I had the choice of a typical large conference hotel, or Don's condo, and opted for the latter. It was absolutely perfect for my needs, very centrally located, and only a couple of blocks from where I needed to be. Great to be able to cook some healthy meals, rather than eating out constantly. It was also a great space to relax, including the 22nd floor balcony, and a really comfy bed. The kitchen had everything required, to cook, as required. I would definitely opt for this again, above a typical conference hotel!

Nice apt and location however, after getting home was informed the bed corner had broken and this wasn't the circumstances when we left. Was it on the verge of breaking? Lost my deposit. Get the insurance is what I would recommend. I have never purchased it before in my numerous rentals however, I will now. Cover yourself. I would have cleaned the bathroom a bit more before guest arrived .

Lovely place to call home.

One of my favorite places I have stayed. Not only clean but had ample space to unpack and put my things away. Big white towels in the bathroom with lots of extras in the closet. The bed was to die for. Hard to get out of that comfy bed to go to work. The condo looked as if it was professionally decorated with lovely colors, art and high end furnishings. The balcony was set up with rattan chairs and a love seat that was wonderful to set on with a glass of wine at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the city. Yes, a great view as the place is on the 22 floor of the building. It was quiet and I felt very safe. The owner was extremely prompt in answering emails. The keys were waiting for me at the Concierge desk when I arrived. Could not have been more easy and convenient. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Atlanta.

Nice stay

We had a great stay in this unit. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to restaurants and MARTA. The view from the balcony is incredible.

Ideal Atlanta Condo

On a quick trip to Atlanta, we needed to be centrally located and have easy access to the city's parks, restaurants and cultural centers. Renting this condo means all of that and more is just a short walk away. The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped. Don is easy to communicate with via email and made planning the trip simple and convenient. We'll be back!

Awesome property and awesome owner!

My wife and I needed a condo quickly due to some unplanned construction at our house in Atlanta, and Don's condo was perfect. I literally contacted him the day before we needed to move in, and he called back that day (not even an hour later) and allowed us to move in for two weeks! The condo is very nicely decorated with all of the amenities you could want, the price is really a bargain, and the location is awesome. Great access to all of the downtown ATL tourist spots but also close enough to the MARTA line if you want to venture in to some of the neighborhoods. The staff at Peachtree Towers are all very nice, hospitable, and make you feel safe. Thanks again, Don. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend the condo to friends who either come in town for business or pleasure as a wonderful alternative to any of Atlanta's nicer hotels.

Great Condo

We have stayed in several VRBO properties and have to say that this place was a great place to stay. The pictures were accurate and the place was nicely decorated, very clean and had a nice homey feel. It was close to everything and the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. We have stayed in other units in this building but will definitely choose this one again.
