Check-out is possible by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Access to the house and the vacation apartment is keyless. You will receive the code for the corresponding combination locks well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Events or parties are not permitted. We ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. No musical performances, no commercial photography. Smoking is prohibited. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 7 days before arrival.
