Enjoy relaxing days in the countryside – in the lovingly renovated Walting holiday home. This charming house is idyllically located in a small hamlet, just a few kilometers from Lake Brombach – in the heart of the Franconian Lake District.

With 180 m² of living space on two floors, it offers plenty of room for up to 8 people and is ideal for a large family or two families of friends traveling together who still appreciate their own space.

On the ground floor is the spacious living area with an open kitchen, an XXL couch, and a large dining table for up to 10 guests. The centerpiece of the room is the individually designed tiled stove – perfect for long evenings.

A guest bathroom and a practical utility room with an ironing board, storage space, games, books, and information material about the region complete the ground floor.

The upper floor is divided into two separate living areas – each with a bedroom with a double bed, an open sleeping loft (popular with children!) and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

There is also a spacious couch and a Swedish stove – the perfect place to read, watch TV or simply listen to the crackling fire in winter.

The small, south-west facing garden offers a sheltered seating area for breakfast, barbecues, or a glass of wine in the evening. The adjacent lawn has space for two sun loungers.
