Country house with nice pool and garden

On the ground floor you enter directly into the living room with a large dining table, sofa, and open fireplace (for the winter months). A door leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and a pantry.

A door leads to the Orange bedroom, guest bathroom and the laundry/ storage room.

The Orange Bedroom also has a separate entrance via the outdoor terrace.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two with air conditioning), one bathroom with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Both bathrooms have windows.

The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows.

The outdoor terrace is covered and beautifully surrounded by plants. It is furnished with a round table and four wicker chairs, as well as a wicker sofa and an additional table.

The barbecue area features a beautifully built garden table with eight metal chairs, perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying meals together.

The large pool (5 x 12 meters) with a depth of 1.80 meters, complete with a parasol, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, is located right next to it.

The garden boasts a variety of fruit trees from which you are welcome to help yourself. Please be mindful of future guests as well!

Various fig varieties, cherries, lemons, mandarins, grapefruits, persimmons, pomegranates, and hazelnuts.

In the lower part of the garden, there is a covered lounge area with comfortable garden furniture for relaxation.

Above the pool, a small circular path leads around the upper part of the garden.

A lovely plateau to the side of the property provides parking for your vehicles.

The entire property is surrounded by our olive trees and fields of sunflowers or wheat.

A haven of tranquility with views of the Sibillini Mountains and stunning sunsets.

Folding bikes and SUP boards are available for rent upon request.

Children from 7 years old are welcome.
Cleaning fee is €70 for two people, with an additional €25 for each extra person.

If the nearby 50 sq m guesthouse "Casa Piccola" (Property id: 2353843) is booked for same dates, two guests of Casa Piccola can also use the pool, garden and barbeque. If you would like to have exclusive use of these facilities, you can book Casa Piccola with a 10% discount. In this case, both houses can accommodate up to 10 guests.
