In the heart of Minervois, among rolling hills and vast vineyards, a southern French atmosphere unfolds that immediately transports you to another world. Here, around the charming Félines-Minervois, you can taste the tranquillity of the countryside and the warmth of Mediterranean life. In summer, the landscape turns golden yellow, intersected by small paths that invite long walks or adventurous mountain bike rides. The scent of wild herbs hangs in the air, and along the way, you might come across a wine grower who will be happy to invite you to taste his latest harvest.

Those with a taste for culture and history can walk into the medieval world of Carcassonne within half an hour. The imposing fortified town with its towers and gates feels like a set from a film.
