The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the rear can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a variety of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.

A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): Guests have free access to a small wellness area in the building, featuring two sauna rooms (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room. The saunas are available daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This very spacious 3-room apartment, measuring 100 square meters, is located on the top floor of the Strandresidenz, which was newly built in 2018, and offers plenty of comfort for 4–5 people. Enjoy your vacation right by the sea in this high-quality and very tastefully furnished apartment. In the living area, with its large floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll find a comfortable upholstered set consisting of a sofa and armchair, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for shared meals. A gas fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere and extra warmth when needed. The modern, separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven with a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and more. Both bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), ample closet space, and their own TV. From one of the two bedrooms, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The large, south-west-facing balcony, furnished with a dining set, is accessible from the living room. On the rooftop terrace (also facing south-west), you can wind down the day with a glass of wine. Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower featuring a real glass partition and a sink/toilet.
