The Gorki Park Baltic Sea Resort is located in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf on Maxim-Gorki-Straße, right on the promenade leading to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The ideal location of this comfortable vacation home puts the centers of Bansin and Heringsdorf just a few minutes away. The 5-star apartment building features a spacious wellness area that is open to all guests from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. No wish goes unfulfilled here. Whether it’s the heated pool or a separate sauna area with a steam room, Finnish sauna, outdoor sauna, and bio-sauna—as well as the accompanying relaxation area, which features an outdoor section—everyone can find their own way to unwind here. Those who prefer to stay active can really work up a sweat in the fitness room. Each apartment has a designated parking space in the underground garage (entry height: 2.00 m). From there, you can take an elevator to your desired floor. You’ll also find a bicycle storage room for bikes you’ve brought with you or rented on-site. The in-building washer and dryer are also very convenient. Both are available for a fee.
This comfortable and tastefully furnished 4-room apartment offers 108 m² of space spread over two levels, providing plenty of room for a relaxing vacation by the sea. It’s the perfect vacation home for 4 adults and 2 children (up to age 14), whether you’re traveling with family or friends. The year-round access to the very spacious wellness area also contributes to guests’ relaxation—no matter the season. The modern living area, with its large windows, is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining area for shared meals. On cooler days, the fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere and provides comfortable warmth. The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and more, is open and integrated into the rear living area. One of the highlights of this apartment is the two balconies, both of which are accessible from the living room. The east-facing balcony invites guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors, while the south-facing balcony promises many relaxing hours in the sun and a beautiful view of the garden. Also on the third floor, guests have access to a bedroom with a double bed, ample closet space, and an additional TV. The bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a shower featuring a real glass partition and a sink/toilet. A spiral staircase leading from the living area takes you to the fourth floor, where you’ll find two additional private bedrooms. The larger bedroom is furnished similarly to the one on the lower floor, with a double bed, a closet, and an additional TV. The smaller bedroom offers a pull-out double bed and a closet for two children. On the upper level, guests have access to a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (with a shower enclosure) and a sink/toilet. Guests may use a parking space in the building’s underground garage. Bicycles brought along can be stored securely in the bike storage room.
