An utility room with a washer and dryer provides additional convenience. The ground-floor areas are barrier-free. The doors on the first floor have a clear opening of 86 cm. Access for wheelchair users, for example, is available through the front door near the terrace. The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms with double beds, as well as one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom. This house is therefore particularly well-suited for large families. Two parking spaces and a lockable bike shed are located on the property. Two parking spaces include a charging station for an electric car and an electric grill for the patio. The bathroom has underfloor heating. A small dog is welcome for a fee.
