The approximately 36 m² apartment "Dünennest" sleeps 2 to 4 people and is ideally located—on a quiet street parallel to the bustling Friedrichstraße and just a stone’s throw from the beach. The apartment is situated in a well-maintained building with an elevator and is also within easy walking distance of the train station. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) as well as a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm) in the living area, which can be converted into an additional sleeping space in no time at all. The living and dining area is modernly furnished and opens onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or wind down in the evening. A small kitchen is available for self-catering, equipped with all the essentials—please note that there is no oven. A shower room with natural light rounds out the amenities. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi. Public, paid parking is available nearby. Pets are welcome. Starting on 14.09.2026, the house will be covered in scaffolding to paint the facade. The work is expected to last until mid-November. We cannot rule out disturbances from construction noise or limited visibility.

Whether it’s walks on the beach, shopping trips, or culinary discoveries—you can easily reach everything on foot from here. The “Dünennest” is ideal for couples, small families, or friends who want to spend relaxing days on Sylt.
