The whirlpool is unfortunately broken and cannot be used.

Summer: Free unlimited lift passes for Gerlos and Königsleiten included! These lifts lead to panoramic views, family-friendly hikes, and fun mountaintop playgrounds. Hike or bike directly from the doorstep. Hike trails of all levels - for family with stroller or experienced mountain hikers. Nearby, cool off in Lake Durlaßboden (5 min drive) or explore local swimming pools (20 min drive). My co-host Eliska has young children, and her husband is a local mountain bike guide, so they can provide insider tips and help you plan your trips.

Winter: Just a 4-minute walk (250 m) to the ski bus stop and you’ll reach the Isskogelbahn cable car in a minute—your gateway to the vast Zillertal Arena ski area. With good snow, experienced skiers can even ski nearly to the doorstep. A cross-country skiing trail is just 5 minutes away on foot. Different winter hiking trails with stunning mountain scenery.

The house is located in a quiet area just 5 walking minutes from shops, restaurants, après-ski, and a grocery store. A perfect year-round base for outdoor lovers and families!
