The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, a stylish table, a dining table with chairs and a modern television, where you can relax in the evenings, watching your favorite programs on cable channels. There is also a thermo fan at guests' disposal. Convenient and quick preparation of meals is provided by a practically equipped kitchenette with such appliances as a microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, induction hob and electric kettle. A washing machine is located in the hall closet. The bathroom has to offer visitors a welcome toiletries set with towels, a hairdryer and a comfortable-to-use shower. It takes just 4 minutes to walk to the market square with its beautiful architecture, historic gates, promenade, fountain, theater, cinema and museum, as well as two grocery stores, and it takes about 23 minutes to reach the seaside beach. There is no shortage of eating establishments in the area, where you can enjoy delicious meals and snacks. It takes just 1-3 minutes to walk to four nearby cafes, four neighborhood restaurants and two pastry shops. On the other hand, you can walk to the market hall in 9 minutes.
