The Smilla H67 vacation home, extensively renovated in 2025, is located in the quiet Strandpark Sierksdorf resort and offers you a comfortable and versatile vacation experience for the whole family—just 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea.

Inside, you’ll find three well-laid-out rooms with sleeping accommodations for 5, including two separate bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm). The highlight of the room is the sleeping alcove, which you can reach via a narrow staircase. A crib and a high chair are available for the comfort of our younger guests. All windows are fitted with privacy screens, so you can enjoy privacy and a pleasant living environment at all times.

The open-concept living area, with its cozy sofa nook and a stove, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that guarantees comfort even on cooler evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped: it features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a wide range of kitchen utensils and dishes. A dining area with a large dining table is perfect for sharing meals together.

The bathroom features a shower. For longer stays or families, the in-unit washer and dryer are especially convenient. Heating is provided by electric heaters and the stove.

The covered patio offers a lovely outdoor retreat and is perfect for relaxing afternoons or barbecue evenings. Guests with dogs are permitted to bring one pet.

A partial ocean view creates a seaside vacation atmosphere. A free private parking space is available right next to the house.

The area surrounding the Strandpark is diverse and offers the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of activities: In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants (300 m), shopping (2,000 m), and a train station (1,000 m). Leisure activities such as fishing, Nordic walking, cycling, swimming, hiking, or windsurfing are available, as are attractive options for children: the nearby Hansa Park, mini-golf, playgrounds, billiards, bowling, or the zoo offer family-friendly entertainment. Sports enthusiasts will find tennis and soccer fields, bocce, table tennis, and fitness facilities.

The vacation home offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

Up to two dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register them in advance.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

Electricity is currently billed based on usage at a rate of 0.60€/kWh.

Strandpark Sierksdorf is quietly located on the outskirts of town and combines the special atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style vacation home community with close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in every season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.

The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs invite you to take long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.

The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature, among other things, a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecuing is permitted exclusively on the lawn. A parking space is included with each accommodation. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.

A security deposit is required for stays at the Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, four EV charging stations with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW are available in the public area.
