130 m2. Más información del proveedor: The Eldorado house is located directly at the village square of Saas Almagell. It is an ideal place for your holidays at any time of the year. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The parking space for your car is just a few steps away. There are bus stops directly at the square (to Mattmarksee and Saas-Grund as well as to Saas-Fee).   By the way: The post bus is included in the price with your Saastal card, which you receive during your stay. The cable car is about 3 minutes away. On the ground floor of the house, there is a sporting goods store. Around the square, you will find numerous restaurants, a post office, and shops. A few meters across the main street, there is a beautiful children's playground by the lake. An ideal location for all tourist excursions!
The 5.5 room apartment features 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. All rooms can be accessed from a spacious hallway. The apartment has two bathrooms (1st with shower and toilet, 2nd with bathtub, toilet). Each bedroom offers ample storage space for your clothing and also has a sink and a mirror; some rooms have a desk & chest of drawers. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). Two other bedrooms offer single beds (1-bed and 2-bed rooms separately). Upon request, a baby cot can be set up for a fee (or we are happy to provide additional children's items). Beautiful views are offered by two balconies on the south and east sides. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and fondue set, etc.). Of course, there is a large table with six chairs for you. In the living room, there is a larger corner sofa with a table and a living room wall with a flat-screen TV.
Tourist tax summer (June 1 - October 31): CHF 7.- per adult/day, CHF 3.50 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Tourist tax winter (November 1 - May 31): CHF 4.50 per adult/day, CHF 2.25 for children (6 - 15.99 years). Bedding, kitchen, and bathroom linens are provided. Travel cot CHF 15.- per day and extra bed on request CHF 30.- per day. Parking CHF 3.- per day. Pet: CHF 30.-/1 dog per stay. We kindly ask our guests to use only the booked number of beds (for example, in the case of a booking for 2 people, corresponding to 2 beds). Any additional used and occupied bed will be considered an extra bed and may be charged. We thank you very much for your understanding.
