These bright and inviting one-room vacation apartments measure approximately 30 square meters, feature ceiling heights of up to 3.10 meters, and are furnished in a modern and comfortable style.



The combined bedroom/living room features a loft bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a sleeper sofa, a wardrobe, a dining table with two chairs, and a dresser with a flat-screen TV. This means that a maximum of 2 adults and one child up to 16 years old can stay and sleep here. Please note that the loft bed is only 1.40 wide!



The large covered balcony with a beach chair, chairs, and a table extends the living space. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, sunbathe, or wind down the day comfortably in the evening while watching the sunset—anything is possible. 

The kitchen nook features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer.



Guests staying in this vacation rental can use our free Wi-Fi.One free parking space is available per apartment.

If you’re traveling with bicycles, they can be stored in a large garage. There is a power outlet there where electric bikes can be charged. Alternatively, our bike rental shop, 2-Rad-Sellin, is located on the first floor of the neighboring building and will be happy to rent you modern bikes, including electric bikes. A discount is available starting on the 4th day of rental. You can also book dog trailers, child trailers, helmets, child seats, and dog crates on-site.

The local tourist tax is extra and must be paid on-site.

At the end of Sellin’s promenade lies the famous Sellin pier with the diving belland the pier for boat tours. It’s just a few minutes’ walk along the historic seaside architecture to the pier and the fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea.



The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO SoutheastRügen, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous biking and hiking trails leading to impressive sights on the beautiful island of Rügen. There’s so much to discover!



On Wilhelmstrasse, a wide variety of restaurants, bistros, cafés, and shops offer a diverse selection and create the perfect vacation atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy the charm of the Golden Twenties during your Rügen vacation.



Several times a day, the free resort train departs right in front of Haus Ida to take you to nearby attractions, such as Sellin’s South Beach, the water park at Seepark, and the harbor on Lake Sellin, to name just a few.



In the neighborhood, the well-known Sellin restaurant Altes Postamt awaits you daily with its culinary offerings. Where letters were once stamped and packages and telegrams sent out into the world, today fresh meals are prepared with passion using high-quality ingredients and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff.



The Haus Ida vacation rental has been completely renovated and completed in 2020 with modern vacation apartments of various sizes. The apartments feature a combined living room/bedroom, a loft bed measuring 1.40 x 200 m, a pull-out sofa below, a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious balcony, and free Wi-Fi. Thanks to the central locking system, you’ll only need one key for both the front door and your apartment door. Using the intercom, you can check who’s at the door and, if necessary, activate the automatic door opener. Lights with motion sensors are located in the building hallway as well as in the hallways and bathrooms of the apartments. The bed will be made with fresh linens upon your arrival, and 2 hand towels and a bath towel will also be provided. A travel crib and/or high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee, subject to availability.



One free parking space is available per apartment.
