The Space:
The spacious apartment, designed for groups, couples and families with children, offers comfortable conditions for relaxation and everyday functioning. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to four people. Bright interiors, modern furnishings and a balcony overlooking the surrounding buildings allow you to enjoy your stay regardless of the length of your stay. The apartment also has a desk and a carbon monoxide detector to increase safety. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer and electric kettle. In the dining area there is a table that allows you to eat comfortably. The bathroom has a bathtub, a hairdryer and a washing machine that will certainly come in handy during longer stays. The living room is equipped with a 45-inch TV with Smart TV function and access to cable TV. Guests have a parking space in the underground garage at their disposal with a maximum entrance gate height of 2 meters. The building has an elevator, and the apartment has a balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air.
