Welcome to Ferienhaus Neuland 4 in 17279 Lychen - an idyllic retreat in the middle of nature, just a few steps from the lake. Here you can enjoy peace, relaxation and numerous opportunities for activities by the water.
The Space:
The house offers you a large, fully fenced garden and a large terrace where you can spend cozy hours - whether it's breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing evening with a view of the greenery. Thanks to the shared use of a boat with Ferienhaus Neuland 5, you can explore the lake, which is only 50 m away, directly from the water and experience the surroundings from a new perspective.
The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed, an additional sofa bed and a large TV, ideal for cozy evenings. The two bedrooms offer space for the whole family: one room is furnished with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed - perfect for children or friends.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in glass shower.
The simple but fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your meals. The beautiful dining area is perfect for long game nights.
