Dear Guests,
Our vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area in Dersum. Whether you want to vacation with your dog, go biking, or hike… you’ll be right in the middle of nature within a five-minute walk.

Motorcyclists are also very welcome! The beautiful routes and proximity to the Dutch border make for fantastic motorcycle tours. Water sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy: The Heeder See recreation area, featuring a large water ski facility and Aqua Fun Park, is just 3 km
away. Anglers, paddlers, and boat owners won’t have far to go to reach the beautiful Ems River either. The Emsland region has plenty to offer families with children. Swimming pools, indoor playgrounds, and zoos provide great experiences even when the weather is bad. And to round off the day nicely, fantastic nearby restaurants invite you to indulge in a delicious meal. We look forward to seeing you!

We’ve renovated our incredibly cozy vacation rental with a lot of love and care. The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and (140 cm x 200 cm). A travel crib for toddlers can also be set up upon request. This means we can accommodate up to 5 people in total.

The vacation rental features a fenced-in, cozy patio with a grill, a parking space, and you can also store your bicycles in a lockable room equipped with electrical outlets.

Our amenities also include free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedding and towels are included.

A high chair and travel crib can be provided upon request.
