Surrounded by vineyards and situated directly on the Rhine, Oberwesel lies in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site. The very first thing travelers visiting our town from the nearby Loreley notice is Schönburg Castle overlooking Oberwesel, the large churches of Liebfrauen and St. Martin, and the well-preserved historic city wall with its 16 defensive towers, which characterize the medieval townscape. The Günderodehaus, situated above the town, is a major attraction for many visitors.
Several premium hiking trails pass through here—through vineyards along the Rhine or through the side valleys up into the Hunsrück. Guided hikes and bike tours are also offered starting from Oberwesel.
Our new, high-quality vacation rental—available for the first time in June 2025—is located on the first floor of our house on a quiet side street, separated from the city wall only by a small garden. From the large, covered balcony, you’ll have a view of the small Beckbohmerturm and the imposing Ochsenturm at the northern entrance to the city. Just a 50-meter walk away, you’ll reach the banks of the Rhine, which are perfect for walking and biking. The Day Clinic for Conservative Orthopedics is 300 meters away and a 4-minute walk from here.
Our apartment features an open-concept kitchen and living area with an adjoining balcony, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with sleeping accommodations.Our apartment can be booked with one bedroom (100€) or two bedrooms (110€).
An utility room with a washer and dryer for your vacation laundry and a guest restroom are also located on this floor. All rooms feature underfloor heating and soundproof windows, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
There is storage space for your bicycle in the basement.
A pickup service from the train station is available upon arrangement with the landlord.
You will receive a VRM ticket that allows you to use public transportation free of charge within the valid area during your stay.

The apartment is 60 m² and features 2 separate bedrooms, a covered 10-square-meter balcony overlooking the garden, and a separate toilet.



On-site fees: Our apartment can be booked for a minimum of two nights. For a seven-night stay, only six nights are charged. Rates: 1 bedroom: 110€; 2 bedrooms: 120€. Special rates are available for patients of the Day Clinic for Conservative Orthopedics upon request. Payment must be made to the designated account no later than three days before arrival.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
