Dock 61 is a high-end vacation home located directly on the Vechte River, offering you an exclusive combination of tranquility, comfort, and proximity to the city. The modern home spans two floors and impresses with its well-thought-out design concept, light-filled rooms, and thoughtful details—ideal for couples, friends, and families who value quality and relaxing moments of well-being. Pets are also welcome here, so that every member of your family can truly relax together.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with a view of the lake. The cozy sofa area, the crackling fireplace, and the large windows create a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together. A special highlight is the private wellness area with a sauna, shower, and hot tub—perfect for winding down after an eventful day.
The furnished wooden deck, complete with lounge chairs, a dining table, and a large umbrella, invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the lake, a glass of wine in the warm evening sun, or simply the soothing view of the water.
Upstairs, there are two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality beds that sleep up to four people. The open-concept loft is another cozy spot with armchairs that convert into lounge chairs, offering panoramic views of the garden and across the water. A separate restroom completes the floor and provides additional comfort.
A utility room with a washer-dryer combo and free Wi-Fi throughout the vacation home round out the amenities.
The location in Seepark Nordhorn combines living close to nature with excellent transportation links: Lake Vechtesee, with its water sports opportunities, is just a few steps away. The Delfinoh outdoor and indoor swimming pools, as well as the Crockie children’s play paradise, are also within easy walking distance—ideal for families. At the same time, you can reach downtown Nordhorn in just a few minutes.

Nordhorn is located in beautiful Lower Saxony and is affectionately known as the “water city”—and for good reason: The Vechte River flows through the city, feeding numerous canals and waterways and giving the city its very special character. The city center itself is situated on an island and is completely surrounded by water—ideal for exciting boat or bike tours in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whether along the idyllic riverside paths, through green parks, or right through the heart of the city—Nordhorn is a wonderful place to explore actively. Cyclists and walkers in particular enjoy the well-maintained paths right along the water.
Culturally, the city has a lot to offer: the City Museum with its three locations, the popular Maritime Museum, and many other attractions make Nordhorn a diverse destination.
Our property, Dock 61, is situated in a quiet yet central location within the modern Seepark Nordhorn—an area that uniquely combines nature, water, and modern architecture. From here, you can reach the charming downtown area in just a few minutes—on foot, by bike, or even by boat.
Thanks to its convenient location, day trips to the Netherlands—just about five kilometers away—are always possible. Whether you’re interested in shopping, nature, or culture—Dock 61 is the perfect starting point for exploring all that Nordhorn has to offer.

During peak season and around holidays, bookings are only available on a weekly basis! Check-in day: During peak season and around holidays, check-in is generally on Saturdays; alternatively, by arrangement. During certain periods, we have minimum stay requirements—we’d be happy to provide you with the specific dates, but please understand that short-stay surcharges may apply. However, this will be explicitly stated in our offers.
Earliest check-in time: Usually from 4:00 p.m.; latest check-out time is usually by 10:00 a.m.
