Our vacation home "No. 17" - In the heart of Schleswig-Holstein

Vacation Home 17 is located about 20 km from Eckernförde on the edge of the Hüttener Berge Nature Park and about 5 km from the shopping centers in Rendsburg. In Alt Duvenstedt, you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, two restaurants, and a good doctor’s office. From here, all of Schleswig-Holstein’s attractions are quickly accessible thanks to good transportation connections, including access to Highway 7. The Bistensee and Wittensee lakes are worth a bike ride and a swim. Vacation Home 17 stands on a 2,000 m² natural lot surrounded by fir trees and shrubs.

The driveway offers plenty of space, even for cars with trailers.

On the first floor of “17” there are 3 bedrooms—two single rooms and one double room—furnished in a traditional style.
Each room has its own wash area.

Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.

In the dining and TV room, you’ll find a cozy sofa area and furniture, as well as a dining table for four people and a china cabinet.

TV programming is available through a streaming service account (Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.). Wi-Fi is available for internet access.

"17" features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with an electric stove, glass-ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

In the bright shower room, you’ll also find a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The bike garage is located at the back of the house. Inside, there are several outlets for charging e-bikes. You’ll also find a clothes rack here.

The patio is located across from the house.
You’ll find patio furniture and a gas grill (gas cylinder included) in the bike garage upon arrival.

The price includes one set of bed linens per week (placed on the beds).
Upon request, towel sets (2 shower towels and 2 hand towels each) can be provided for €8 each.

(Bed linens and towels must be placed in the designated laundry bins after use).

Electricity consumption will be billed separately at a rate of 0.40€/kWh on the day of departure.
Charging electric vehicles is not possible.

Water and gas consumption are included in the rental price.

The entire property may be used by the tenant(s) at their own risk.
Children must be supervised. Parents are liable.

Pets are not allowed.

We ask that you treat the provided items with care.
The tenant is liable for any damage caused.
