Hermoso, limpio, amplio 1er nivel, 3 habitaciones, 2 baños condominio en Venetian Palms. Amplio dormitorio principal con cama king size y dos dormitorios de invitados, cama queen y 2 gemelos respectivamente. Cómodamente acomoda a seis personas. Ideal para familias. Las actividades al aire libre incluyen dos canchas de tenis, mesa de ping pong, dos piscinas (una de ellas climatizada) con hidromasaje, gimnasio, cancha de voleibol de arena y una hermosa casa club ideal para fiestas y eventos privados. Viene con un estacionamiento cubierto. Con una ubicación céntrica a la salida de la autopista 41, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y golf, a 19 km del aeropuerto, a 13 km de la playa ya 10 km del centro de Fort Myers. Cocina totalmente equipada, TV, lavadora y secadora.

Nice neighborhood

Friendly neighborhood that’s close to shops and beaches. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and is close to one of the two pools. Owner was very responsive.

Excellent Choice!!!

The accommodation was awesome and the people in the community were extremely kind and helpful. This place was an absolute gem and we loved it. From the appliances through towels and linens, plates and glassware to the pools and clubhouse, library and exercise/weight room - everything was top notch. Most importantly, any questions of any sort were answered quickly. The absolute best host we have ever had. Can’t lose pick!!

Home Away From Home

The location is 1 block from highway 41 which is very busy and has access to everything. But, the condo is tucked nicely amid mature landscape and palms with water features and fountains. I really liked the main pool and hot tub area. The only bad thing is it closes at 5:30. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space and room to relax. There is a path right from the complex that walks you over to a grocery/health food store that is a lot like Trader Joe’s and right around the corner within walking is Marios meat market and deli that has everything, a must go! Daria was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We always enjoy staying at the Venetian palms and this was no exception. Only improvement we would like to see is safety bars on at least one of the two bath showers and beds raised a bit higher of the ground. Both would aid a senior with minor handicaps. Otherwise we were delighted and the owner was extremely accommodating.

Condo stay February- March2017

We had an enjoyable stay at the condo. The facilities were clean and roomy and well stocked with dishes , towels and bedding. We enjoyed the close proximity to one of the pools. The community was very friendly. The owners were very responsive in settling a couple of concerns we had.

Nice property

Enjoyed the following: *Well maintained (small pool broken but large pool and Jacuzzi very nice) *Felt very safe, I liked that the grounds were patrolled from time to time. *Location was great, close to shopping and dining, short drive to downtown and to Fort Meyers beach made for lots to do. *Very nice club house. *Love Laura, she is kind and very helpful. *Loved the KuKu Pub Crawl :-). *Enjoyed talking with owners and other tenants. Only thing that surprised me was how long it took for the grounds to be cleaned up after the storm. I would highly consider returning.

First Retirement Florida Trip

This was our first time we spent a whole month in Florida. We looked on line and found this property that was suggested by a friend. The description that was listed was accurate that was posted on the website. Since this was our first time doing this I did have some trouble with making payments for a deposit. When we arrived and looked at the location it was perfect. We were close to the pool and the property was semi clean inside. During our stay at the property we did some extra cleaning inside since it needed some attention. After some cleaning that we did and some minor repairs it was just OK. The owner did communicate with us during the process and I had never done this type of rental her did assist me in making the reservation. I would recommend this location since the Ventian Palms property was very well maintained and and the people who we met during our stay made it much more enjoyable. All the restaurants and shopping in the are were close by and we had some good food at the Stone Wood grill, and Reubens, and Perkins. Mario's deli was also very good. I would suggest this location and if i was return I would like some updates to this property to make it feel more homely.

Perfect short or longer term rental

I was looking for a turn key rental and am so lucky to have found this condo! It's in a great area of Ft. Myers, convenient to everything and the development is well maintained and pleasant to be in. The pictures are true to how the property looks inside and out. It is clean and well kept. The owners were flexible, friendly and always prompt to return my calls and texts. In all, I was there almost 8 months and it suited my needs perfectly. The only thing I missed was having a lanai to sit on, but the front door area is covered, so I would often sit out front while my girls were out playing. I certainly recommend this rental for short or long term needs.

The Owners Are the Best Part of This Rental!

The listing information for this condo was accurate and provided necessary details about the complex. The pictures correctly reflected the furnishings in this rental property. The Venetian Palms Condo complex was well maintained. Both pool areas were clean and well serviced on a regular basis. We found all the people living in this community to be very friendly. We felt safe and secure during our entire stay there. We especially liked the location as it is very close to Rt. 41 (Cleveland Avenue) which has every store you would ever need during your stay in Ft. Meyers. The owners of this unit are perhaps the most responsive couple we have had the pleasure of working with in our past five years of rentals. They answered our initial inquiry promptly and responded in a timely manner to subsequent email messages we sent with questions. One of them always got back to us immediately once we were in the unit and had needs that arose during our stay there. Andrei and Daria are quite possibly the best part of our rental experience in Venetian Palms Condo community. Unfortunately, their condo shows signs of it being a rental unit. It is obvious that previous renters were not careful about things they dropped on the carpeting in the bedrooms. The master bedroom in particular had several stains throughout the walking areas. There were limited towels in the unit, several of which were stained. It saddens us that renters do not treat Andrei and Daria’s condo with the respect and care that these owners deserve. The only other item that was quite disappointing for us was the lack of Wi-Fi. Because all units we have rented in the past have had this service, we did not think to ask in advance of our commitment to rent if Wi-Fi was included. Andrei and Daria did explain that we could get free access to Wi-Fi at both pools. However, having to go to the pool area to check email, work away from home and complete all the other Internet items we needed to do on a daily basis was a huge inconvenience for us. It is for that reason alone that we would probably not rent their condo again.

VERY Happy Customer

I visited this beautiful and affordable rental in April of 2014, with my girlfriend. We expected a nice area, being in beautiful Fort Myers Florida, but Venetian Palms and this condo exceeded our expectations, ten fold! The layout of the condo is absolutely perfect for a couple, and we were shocked at how large and spacious the condo would be for an entire family on vacation. It was quiet, exceptionally clean, and very well decorated. You simply could not ask for a better condo to spend a vacation at, especially being SO close to Fort Myers beach area (less than 7 minute drive), which has some of the best beaches, nightlife, and food around. If you are looking to stay put, Venetian Palms is loaded with beautiful landscape, palm trees, and its very own pool with hot tub! A gym and other essential amenities are also right on location, not to mention being walking distance (though you'd never know it seeing as Venetian Palms makes you feel like you are on your own secluded vacation) from local grocery stores, gas, and other delicious restaurants. Even more important, the owners are magnificent and extremely attentive to any question or issue you may have while staying there, day or night!! Excellent neighbors, as well. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYBODY!!! AWESOME - 10 out of 10 rating!
