The bedroom with an en suite bathroom continues the open layout and creates an airy, spacious atmosphere. The spacious L-shaped balcony, accessible from two sides, invites you to spend relaxing hours in the morning or evening sun.

The amenities leave nothing to be desired: A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and other amenities allows you to prepare your favorite meals. The living area, featuring a fireplace and panoramic windows, creates a cozy atmosphere.
