It is perfect for business travellers, trade fair visitors as well as individual travellers, couples and families who want to stay in Leipzig in style. It is furnished with Italian designer furniture and offers a first-class living experience.
Thanks to its central but quiet location, the city centre, a supermarket, a bakery, a café, public transport etc. are all within easy walking distance.
Location & surrounding area:
The penthouse is located in the quiet neighbourhood “Seeburgviertel”, which is directly adjoining the Leipzig city centre ring road and offers a high quality of life.
In the direct surrounding area there is a supermarket (Konsum Prager Str., approx. 200m), a bakery (approx. 100m), pharmacy (directly opposite) and an ‘in’ café (Franz Morish, breakfast and lunch offer, approx. 150m) as well as some other facilities such as the medical centre ‘Medicum Leipzig’ (directly opposite), Dorint Hotel and the Max Planck Institute for Cognitive and Neurosciences (each approx. 150m). Other services such as hairdressers etc. can also be found in the Seeburgviertel.
The nearest restaurant is approx. 300m away (Trattoria Don Antonio, Italian cuisine).
The Augustusplatz with Gewandhaus and Opera are within walking distance (approx. 800m).
The nearest tram stop is approx. 350m away (Gutenbergplatz) or approx. 500m (Johannisplatz). Leipzig Central Station (Osthalle) and the central bus station at the East Hall are approx. 1.2km away on foot.

The penthouse is located on the 5th floor in a modern, upmarket apartment building (new build 2015) with a landscaped courtyard (with sandpit) and offers lift access directly into the flat.
It has an open-plan kitchen, a large living room with workspace, 2 bathrooms (main bathroom + guest bathroom), a large master bedroom, a smaller guest bedroom and a parking space in the underground car park (can be used free of charge). The entire penthouse has underfloor heating and a wrap-around terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room has individually controllable temperature settings, access to the terrace and electric shutters.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a longer stay. There are two bar stools for a quick breakfast or socialising and cooking together.
The living room is stylishly furnished with Italian designer furniture and lamps and has a large sofa. A work area is also integrated into the living room, allowing you to work comfortably. The living room also has an automatically swivelling Bang&Olufsen smart TV (Netflix included) and a large dining area with seating for up to 7 people.
On the surrounding terrace, there is a large polyrattan sun island and a hammock for relaxing, a gas barbecue and a beer tent set, so that you can also barbecue and eat on the terrace when the weather is nice.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed with indirect floor lighting, high-quality mattresses and luxury Italian bed linen, a large Italian designer wardrobe, chest of drawers and a smart TV (Netflix included).
The second bedroom is a smaller guest room and offers sleeping space for two people. It has two single beds (one large 1.20m wide and one small 80cm wide), a wardrobe with mirror and a chair.
The bathroom has a double washbasin, a WC, a shower and a separate bathtub and is equipped with a large mirror, washing machine/dryer combination as well as heating and underfloor heating.
The guest bathroom is equipped with a WC and a washbasin.
Please note the house rules and booking conditions:
* The penthouse is designed for a maximum of 4 guests. Please indicate the correct number of guests when booking – this will allow us to prepare your temporary home individually and perfectly.
* For reasons of cleanliness/hygiene and out of consideration for guests with allergies, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. (Exception: officially registered assistance dogs with appropriate proof)
* The penthouse offers the ideal setting for peace, enjoyment and relaxation – therefore, parties or events are unfortunately not possible.
* Smoking is not permitted indoors, but is allowed on the covered terrace.
* We ask that you respect the quiet hours (12:00–14:00 / 22:00–07:00) in order to maintain the harmonious and sophisticated atmosphere of the property.
* To ensure comfort and safety, the penthouse is equipped with a discreet, data protection-compliant sensor for noise and cigarette smoke.
* To ensure a smooth and pleasant check-in, we kindly ask the main guest to register online in advance, including a copy of their ID card or passport, in good time before arrival. This is necessary due to legal requirements and for insurance reasons.
* The person who booked the trip is part of the travel group and is travelling with them. Bookings for third parties without the person who booked the trip travelling with them are not possible.
