Amazing penthouse in the city center. Grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, and even the lake are just around the corner!
The apartment is fantastic! It has 3 balconies, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds), a bathroom with a toilet and shower, and another bathroom with a toilet and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a microwave. The living room has a sofa bed large enough for 2 adults.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and does not have an elevator!

The apartment is 100% in the city center. The Höschgasse tram stop (trams 2 and 4) is 300 m away. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, and bars in the area. The lake is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The Höschgasse tram stop is just around the corner.

From the airport: take the direct S-Bahn to Stadelhofen Station (18 min), then tram number 4 from Bellevue to Höschgasse (7 min).

From the main station: take tram number 4 from Bahnhofquai to Höschgasse.

The apartment does not have a designated parking space, but there are a few options for parking your car; the price is 35–45 CHF per day.

2. Covered parking garage: Parkhaus Feldegg, Riesbachstrasse 7, 8008 Zurich

The latest check-out time is 10 a.m.
Make yourself at home; all we ask is that you treat the place as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building; please don’t disturb them with loud music, etc.

The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave—that is, wash the dishes and dispose of any food. And please take out the trash—the dumpster is right in front of the building.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building; a 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke. Thank you for your understanding.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed upon with us prior to booking.

Please note that shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are not provided.
Towels and linens are provided.

You are not alone in the building; please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. Thank you.

Right, and finally, here’s the fine print: the apartment and furniture are handed over in working condition and properly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged, and/or broken items. In the event that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the replacement of the lock(s).
