The central location is perfect: situated right at the foot of the Old Town and just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station, the vacation apartment offers you the ideal starting point for conveniently exploring Limburg’s historic Old Town, charming alleys, cafés, restaurants, and sights. You can park your car with ease in the included underground parking space in the building, and bicycles can also be securely stored there—so your vacation begins without stress or the hassle of finding a parking spot. Start your day with a fragrant NESPRESSO coffee while enjoying the peace and quiet or the view of the majestic cathedral from the bedroom balcony—a morning hardly could get any better. The apartment features a small entryway with a coat rack, a bright, open living and dining room with a comfortable couch, and a smart TV with Netflix for relaxing evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and everything you’ll need for your stay. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a cozy four-poster bed (180 × 200 cm) with a direct view of the cathedral and access to the balcony; the second bedroom also features a spacious double bed (180 × 200 cm)—ideal for families, couples, or friends. The modern bathroom features a shower/tub combination and also includes a convenient washer-dryer. Upon arrival, you’ll of course find freshly made beds, fluffy towels, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment—so you can feel completely at home from the very first moment.

A registration form must be filled out before check-in. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM.
A decibel meter is installed in the apartment; it is located in the dining area. The device records noise levels 24 hours a day. 



On-site costs: Invoice and payment: The invoice will be sent to the tenant after booking. Rent is generally paid by invoice and must be transferred to the landlord’s account specified in the booking confirmation prior to arrival. The total rent must be paid in full by the tenant no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period and must have been credited to the landlord’s account by that time. Other payment methods (e.g., instant electronic payment) may be accepted only for last-minute bookings and only upon prior express agreement with the landlord. Cash payments on-site are not permitted. Access: Keys are provided via a key box. The code for the key box will be provided before check-in. Travel Crib and High Chair: A travel crib for babies/toddlers and a high chair can be provided upon request, subject to a fee if applicable. This must be requested in advance (a few days before arrival). The following house rules apply to all bookings: Check-In/Check-Out Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM; check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay past the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning staff are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. Other Information Guests may not make reservations within their own city of residence. Please contact us directly if you wish to book in your own city of residence. Parties, Noise, and Smoking Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). (Smoking on the balcony is permitted; please ensure that the door to the balcony is fully closed.) Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repairs. Noise Level Systems for measuring noise levels may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. Damage Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us. Commercial Photography Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited. Number of Guests Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. Pets Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us prior to their stay. Keys: Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking passes. Compliance with House Rules: Making a reservation implies agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without a refund.
