Our beautiful, fully renovated vacation rental is located near the Main River Bike Path and invites you to relax in a very quiet setting. It’s about a 5-minute walk to a lovely little pond. The Main River is also nearby. Shopping options are about 1 km away. It’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown Kitzingen. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, and sauna area at Aqua Sole are just a 5-minute drive away. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Würzburg, Castell, Iphofen, Volkach, and many other Franconian highlights. Our fully renovated and quiet vacation apartment, with 82 m² of living space, accommodates 1–4 people. The modern and cozy studio serves as both a dining and living room. It also features a sleeper sofa. The TV nook, with its beautiful bay window, invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. The vacation rental also features a work area, making it ideal for business travelers. The vacation rental has one bedroom with a double bed, sofa, closet, and access to the balcony. The spacious restroom and separate walk-in shower round out the overall experience. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the numerous parking spaces in front of the house free of charge. Payment is made by bank transfer. A prepayment of 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Towels and bed linens are not included in the price. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.
