Set in the peaceful village of Baderna, Villa Experience offers a pleasant balance between privacy and convenient access to the coast and local amenities. Poreč is one of Istria’s most popular seaside towns, known for its charming old town, beautiful beaches, and lively waterfront. Located just 12 km away, it is easily reachable for day trips, dining, and evening strolls.



The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends. It features 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, 3 modern bathrooms, and an additional separate toilet. In the living room, a double sofa bed provides sleeping space for 2 extra guests.



Designed for year-round comfort, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating and a functional, well-organized interior. The fully fenced property ensures privacy and makes the villa suitable for families with children and pets.



The outdoor area is a key highlight of the villa. Guests can enjoy a private heated swimming pool with a total area of 46 m² (pool heating available at an additional cost). The pool includes integrated massage jets and a combined shallow area that also serves as a small jacuzzi, ideal for children and for relaxation. The pool area is equipped with 4 sun loungers and 1 parasol.



For outdoor cooking and dining, the villa offers a covered outdoor kitchen with a fireplace for charcoal grilling, as well as an additional gas BBQ. Charcoal and firewood are provided for guests, making it easy to enjoy relaxed meals outdoors.



The villa is pet-friendly, allowing up to 3 pets for an additional fee. Younger groups are welcome with a double security deposit. Families with children can also enjoy board games available in the house.



A restaurant and supermarket are located within 800 m to 2 km from the villa, ensuring easy access to daily needs. Villa Experience offers a comfortable, private, and well-equipped base for a relaxing holiday in Istria.
