The two-room vacation apartment features a ground-level entrance and a south-facing balcony. The apartment has been newly furnished and offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

The living area features an open-concept kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. There is an ample supply of dishes and glasses. The living area features a cozy corner bench with a table and chairs, as well as a pull-out couch. Storage space is provided by several cabinets.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower stall. The bedroom features a double bed and a spacious closet. A flat-screen TV and internet access are available. A parking space is located right next to the house.



Our vacation complex is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Missen-Wilhams in the beautiful Allgäu region of Bavaria.

Here you’ll find well-equipped vacation apartments and vacation homes with 34 to 94 square meters of living space. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owner.

The vacation village features a playground for children with a sandbox, climbing frame, and swings—a great place for them to make new friends.

Bedding and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bedding 12.00 EUR, towel 2.30 EUR, bath towel 2.50 EUR, kitchen towel 1.10 EUR).

A washing machine and dryer are available at the front desk for a fee.

An internet and phone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle you to a rent reduction.

Apartments are rented out exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The lease agreement is concluded with the apartment owner.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes in energy costs.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
