In the living area, there is a fold-out sleeping lounge with a 140 cm sleeping surface for two additional guests. This means the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The 44 sqm terrace offers not only a sea view but also direct access to the swimming pond, sun loungers in the garden, the shared sauna, and the fitness room.
