A bright maisonette apartment near the beach awaits you. Here you’ll find a very beautiful, spacious, and bright vacation rental with one bedroom featuring two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and a second open-concept bedroom on the loft with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The living room features an open-concept kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining table. Of course, there’s also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony. Parking space No. 5 is located right next to the house.
A quick note for our guests:
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 toward Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
