Vacation apartment (75sqm)

Our vacation rental, with approximately 75 square meters of living space on the upper floor, sleeps 4 people. The modern yet cozy living room, featuring a leather sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table with seating area, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and drip coffee maker, has everything you could need. The vacation rental features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The spacious bathroom, complete with a walk-in glass shower, mirrored cabinet, hair dryer, towel warmer, and washing machine, rounds out the overall experience. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and a private parking space in front of the entrance and an additional parking spot in front of the house are provided free of charge. The house also features its own bicycle garage with charging stations for e-bikes. Fresh herbs from the garden can be used to enhance your meals. Additionally, a delivery service from the local bakery is available upon request. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer or, for last-minute bookings, in cash upon arrival. A security deposit of 100.00 EUR may be required.
