Centrally located mid-terrace house in the heart of Kassel

You’re booking a small, charming house for up to four adults, located right near all the key spots if you want to explore Kassel; it’s easily accessible from the highway, yet absolutely quiet. The city center, Karlsaue, and the Vorderer Westen—all the highlights are within easy reach, either on foot or by public transportation, which is just a few minutes away. Shopping and dining options are also within walking distance.
There is one bedroom with a large box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The study has a sleeper sofa (1.30 x 1.95 m) with an extra mattress. Just let me know in advance, and I’ll set up the sofa bed.

The basement rooms are available for use, including the washer and dryer, as well as the restroom and kitchen. However, I would like to explicitly point out that use of these rooms is “optional.” It is a basement and not strictly a living space. Everything is clean and in working order.

You’re welcome to use the garden. Cushions are in the black box on the patio. You’re also welcome to use the patio heater, grill, and fire pit.
