This cozy apartment is a non-smoking unit for 4 people and is not rented to guests with pets.
The apartment is located on the first floor (with an elevator) of a multi-family building and is wheelchair accessible. It features two bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and an additional half-bath. There is also a balcony and an utility room with a washing machine and a freezer. Bicycles can be stored in the adjacent shed. A parking space on the property is available for your use.
Jever’s train station is a 5-minute walk away. The old town, including Jever Castle, is a 10-minute walk away.
The entire apartment is equipped with a ventilation system that can be controlled separately for each room, as well as underfloor heating. We’ve installed fly screens on many of the windows (at least one in every room), and all windows have roller shutters.
We’ve provided some games and books in case you don’t feel like going out. There’s also a TV with internet access and a DVD player. The stereo system features Bluetooth, a CD/MP3 player, and an USB port.
The kitchen is modernly equipped, including a very quiet dishwasher and a Bora ceramic cooktop. There is plenty of tableware, glasses, and cookware for four people. In the adjacent utility room, you’ll find a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner.
Bedding and towels are provided. If needed, a travel crib and a high chair can be provided (please let us know in advance if you would like these).
