The apartment spans two floors and features a separate entrance, complete with a terrace and access to the garden. From the terrace and various windows on the upper floor, you’ll have a wonderful view of the European beech tree that gives the apartment its name.
Ideal for couples, families, or solo travelers who want to discover the beauty of Rastede. The property surrounding the vacation rental is already home to a dog, so we ask for your understanding that bringing another dog is not possible.

Apartment, shower and bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

The living room, dining area, and open kitchen are located on the first floor.

• Living room: Sofa and armchair with TV
• Dining area: Dining table with chairs for up to four people.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, coffee maker (filter coffee & Senseo pods), toaster, kettle, oven, electric stove, and range hood.
• Lower bathroom: Toilet
On the upper floor, in addition to another bathroom, you’ll find a large bedroom and two additional sleeping areas, which are located in an open yet spatially separate part of the hallway.
Bedroom: Large double bed, large wardrobe.
Upper bathroom: Toilet, shower
All sleeping areas can be completely darkened.



On-site fees: The guest must pay an advance payment equal to the total price within 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
