This family-friendly accommodations are located in the beautiful and family-friendly Marina Village/Mare e Pineta resort in Lido di Spina. The resort is situated on the gently sloping shores of the Adriatic Sea, making it ideal for families. The well-maintained resort offers all the amenities needed for a perfect family vacation. These include a large swimming pool complex with an adult pool and a children’s pool featuring water play areas, as well as a supermarket, a bazaar, a kiosk, a playground, and a wide range of sports activities. Additionally, there is a mini-club and entertainment program for children, as well as an entertainment program for adults. The resort features a pizzeria and a restaurant serving international cuisine. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to guests. The center of Lido di Spina is within easy walking distance. The resort is located within the Po Delta Park, which has been designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its magnificent landscape and outstanding natural ecosystem.
The Rosa Comfort mobile home accommodates up to 6 people. The living room features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The mobile home has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two children’s rooms, each with two single beds). The sofa in the living room can also be used as an additional sleeping area. The accommodation features two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, for maximum comfort. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground. A TV is provided. Barbecuing is permitted. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful sandy beach adjacent to the resort features both a large public beach area and a large private beach equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The gently sloping sandy beach is particularly well-suited for families with small children. Guests have access to a variety of water sports activities. A windsurfing school and a canoeing school offer you the chance to try something new. In addition, within the area between the resort and the beach, guests have access to a jogging trail, a beach volleyball court, a soccer field, and archery facilities. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing, read a book, or enjoy one of the many sports activities.
POOL
For everyone who loves swimming and having fun, there’s a pool complex with four pools for children and adults. There’s plenty of space to swim, splash around, or play games in the water. For those who simply want to enjoy the sun, read a good book, or take a nap, comfortable lounge chairs by the poolside guarantee relaxation.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
During the mid-season and high season, a team of experienced activity leaders will liven up your stay in a fun and relaxed way. Every day, there are game tournaments where you can test your luck. There’s a mini-club for children. Your children will have lots of fun and make many new friends. There’s also a lovely playground where the kids can run around and play. In the evenings, you’ll be thoroughly entertained by musical performances on stage or a fashion show leading up to the beauty pageant. If you’d like to get active, there’s a wide range of options. Whether it’s basketball, archery, spinning, or bocce, you have plenty of options.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
If you want to stay in shape even while on vacation, you’ll be spoiled for choice. You can choose from soccer, basketball, archery, spinning, bocce, tennis, or a fitness center. On the beach, you can go surfing, play beach volleyball, or beach tennis. Have you ever gone canoeing? You’ll have the chance to do that, too. Bicycle rentals are also available.

The resort has a grocery store where you’ll find not only fresh food but also a wide selection of everyday items.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots, a traditional Italian espresso pot, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There are also shopping options nearby. If you’d rather not cook for yourself and would like to treat yourself to a culinary experience, the resort also features a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a snack bar with takeout. If you’d prefer to take advantage of half-board or full-board options, you’re welcome to book them on-site (no advance reservation is required).
PETS
Two pets are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking. There’s a great, fenced-in dog park under the pine trees where you can play with your dog and let it run around.

The beach is easily accessible in less than 5 minutes via a shaded footpath. The center of Lido di Spina, with its bars, restaurants, and other shops, is a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Lido di Spina is located about 60 km south of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Here, you can relax wonderfully in the beautiful natural surroundings, which feature numerous pine groves. The area around Lido di Spina is ideal for birdwatchers and hikers. The town also has many restaurants and cafés where you can relax. Those interested in exploring the local culture can visit the “Remo Brindisi” Museum of Contemporary Art. The Po Delta Park in Emilia-Romagna is situated in an unspoiled setting and is a precious treasure trove of pine groves, impressive forests, and lagoons. It is also home to 300 different bird species, making it a very popular destination for birdwatchers and those who love a vacation in the countryside, in close contact with nature. Thanks to its beautiful surroundings and its exceptional natural ecosystem, the Po Delta Park has been recognized by UNESCO. There are many ways to explore the Po Delta: on foot, by bike, on horseback, or by boat. A walk or bike ride can be perfectly rounded off at one of the many restaurants scattered throughout the area, all of which serve delicious, traditional local dishes. For those who prefer a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark but with water attractions) in Ravenna. In Ferrara itself, you’ll find dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés where you can enjoy local delicacies. If you’d like to visit Venice, it’s about a 1-hour drive away.
