One-bedroom vacation rental


The Memory vacation rental is located on the 6th floor of Tower 2 in the complex. Tower 2 also features a swimming pool, sauna, bowling alley, table tennis, and foosball on the 2nd floor.
The bright, cozy living room features a daybed (single or double bed, 2x80x200), a kitchenette, a dining area, and a beautiful view of the greenery. The new built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 2-burner stovetop, freezer compartment, and cooking utensils. The bedroom, featuring a large double bed (180x200), TV, and wardrobe, also opens onto the balcony.
The sunny balcony is furnished with patio furniture.

The swimming pool and sauna, as well as foosball and table tennis, are available to you free of charge. You can rent the bowling alley, and you can purchase laundry tokens from the caretaker for the coin-operated washer and dryer.
The complex includes a large parking lot that you can use free of charge.

The apartment building is divided into 3 towers with a shared entrance hall. On the 2nd floor of Tower 2, you’ll also find the large, well-maintained swimming pool (10x20m), the saunas and relaxation area, as well as a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a large terrace. You may use these facilities free of charge.
The second floor also houses the bowling alley (15 EUR per hour) and the coin-operated washer and dryer. You can purchase laundry tokens (2 EUR) from the building superintendent.
Our vacation apartments—Carpe Diem, Memory, and Harz Valley—are located in Towers 2 and 3. 

After your outing, why not relax in the free sauna, play a round of table tennis or foosball, or perhaps go bowling? The bowling alley is not open to the public, but you can rent it for a fee. 
The complex includes a large parking lot that you can use free of charge. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
