"Home by the Sea" is located right on Fehmarn’s South Beach, just a few meters from the water. The moment you step into the spacious living room, the unobstructed view of the sea makes you feel like you’ve truly arrived on vacation.
Designed by Arne Jacobsen, the bungalow comfortably accommodates 5 people. The 74 m² living space includes 3 bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well-maintained kitchen with a dishwasher, and a spacious living room that impresses not only with its view of the water but also with direct access to the garden and the inviting terrace. There is a washing machine in the shed behind the garage.

With sailboats passing by as they set out from the nearby marina toward the open sea, and the dancing kites of the kite surfers, you can forget the world around you there every single day.

The fenced-in garden is perfect for sunbathing. Your children can play here, and your dogs can run freely.

Additional Information
Up to two house-trained dogs are welcome here, but dogs are not allowed in bed or on the sofa.
We ask that you clean up after your dog in the garden.
The property is fenced in.


There is a public playground and a café in the neighborhood.

There is space for 2 cars in front of the house, and the outdoor storage room has space for your bicycles or sports equipment.

At Südstrand, you’ll find beach chair rentals, as well as stand-up paddleboard and pedal boat rentals.
There are boat rentals at the neighboring marina.

From November 1 through March 31, an energy surcharge of €3.00 per person per day applies.
