Welcome to our fully renovated (2025) apartment right in downtown Burgdorf. The modernly furnished apartment is 75 m2 and features three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a light-filled living and dining area. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The Accommodation
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area with its freestanding half-timbered structure and view of the Old Town. This inviting space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A smart TV is available in the living area, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge throughout the apartment.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 1.60 m wide double bed and also features a small dresser. Coat hooks and a wall mirror are also provided.
The second bedroom features a 0.90 m wide single bed. Here, too, there is a dresser for storing clothes as well as coat hooks for hanging them.
The third bedroom also has a 0.90 m wide single bed and coat hooks. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are discreetly integrated into this room.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and all necessary kitchen utensils. This means nothing stands in the way of preparing delicious meals.

Long-term rentals are available at a reduced rate upon request.

The building is a black-and-white half-timbered house with a sign reading “Marktstraße 47” on the facade.

Parking Options
Free parking is available on Mittelstraße as well as at the Schützenplatz in Burgdorf (approx. 350 m away; the route is visible on Google Maps).
While there are usually plenty of parking spaces available at Schützenplatz, Mittelstraße can get a bit crowded. However, you can always pull over briefly in front of the house in the traffic-calmed zone to unload your luggage conveniently.

About the Apartment
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (on the left) of a quiet three-unit building.
Check-in is self-service via a key box.
The apartment is available for you and your traveling companions’ exclusive use.

The apartment is located right in the historic district of Burgdorf.
There is a bakery in the neighboring building. A REWE supermarket and a Rossmann drugstore are just a 3-minute walk away.
You’ll also find numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping options in the immediate vicinity.
Burgdorf train station is about an 8-minute walk away.
It is connected to Hanover’s S-Bahn network and offers connections several times an hour—ideal for reaching Hanover quickly and flexibly.
