The adjacent dining area is perfect for sharing meals, while the sofa corner in the living room invites you to relax and unwind. A TV and Wi-Fi ensure that you can keep up with the latest news and surf the Internet at any time.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. It has a modern design and offers all the necessary amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, so you can keep your laundry fresh even while on vacation.

The property has been extensively modernized and renovated. A new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, etc. All apartments have been furnished with new furniture.
The outdoor area has been redesigned.
Six exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms have been created. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. Each has new bathrooms, completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with dishwashers, glass-ceramic cooktops, ovens, or microwaves with oven functions, etc., or small kitchenettes with a refrigerator, cooking facilities, a microwave, and a sink.

A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage are available for guests in the large garage.
