Welcome to our “Appartement Seemöwe” in the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg”—your cozy vacation home with a balcony on Rügen. Here, you’ll stay right next to Lake Schmachter and very close to the center of Binz. Here you can completely unwind in a comfortable atmosphere!

You’ll find a bright living room featuring a lovely combination of a dining area, an open kitchenette, and a cozy couch corner with a recliner. It’s a wonderful place to gather after a day at the beach or a hike, watch a movie, or listen to music. The amenities include a modern TV (43 inches), a small stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful covered balcony, where you can enjoy the refreshing Baltic Sea air. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the residential complex.

For convenient self-catering, the open kitchenette features, among other things, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, fully automatic capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker). Many restaurants and bistros in the nearby center of Binz and along the promenade will treat you to exquisite Baltic Sea cuisine.

The cozy, separately furnished bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200; mattress 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. Additional sleeping space is provided by the pull-out couch in the living room. A spacious closet in the bedroom is available for your vacation wardrobe, as well as a coat rack and a built-in closet in the hallway.

The well-maintained shower room adds to the comfort of your stay.

The vacation rental has a well-designed floor plan—all rooms open off the hallway, so there are no walk-through rooms. The floors are covered with easy-to-maintain tiles.

A free outdoor parking space is available for your car. There is also a storage area for bicycles.

You are welcome to bring your dog (max. 1).

A wonderfully relaxing vacation awaits you at the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful vacation atmosphere.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling street. From the residential park, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate vacation experience!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active vacationers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the Wohnpark.
