The vacation rental “An de Warft Apartment 5” is situated in an attractive location in Büsum and offers a tastefully designed 40 m² space for up to two people. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-story building and features a well-thought-out layout with a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a bright, open living area.

The open living and dining area invites you to relax with its cozy sofa nook and dining table. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare your own meals in comfort.

The bedroom offers a restful retreat and is furnished with practical furniture. The privacy screens on all windows ensure privacy at all times. The bathroom features a shower with a walk-in tub, toilet, sink, and mirror, so you can feel completely at ease.

Enjoy relaxing moments on your own covered balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture. From the balcony, you’ll have a partial ocean view.

A shared washing machine is available for your laundry needs.

The apartment comes with its own parking space in the underground garage. The surrounding area offers numerous amenities: The beach, the North Sea, shopping, restaurants, and the town center of Büsum are all just about 250 meters away. The train station is about 1,000 meters away. Medical care and everyday errands are also easily accessible thanks to the proximity to a doctor’s office, a supermarket, and a bank.

Note: The entrance to the underground parking garage is steep, and the maximum clearance height is approximately 1.75 m to 1.80 m. Access is manual using the apartment key.
The parking space (Schwalbennest) is located on a platform (3 m center-to-center distance) with a rail system in the garage.

The central location of the “An de Warft” building is ideal, as it offers very short walks to the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the beach. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space in the underground garage. Bicycle storage is available. A coin-operated washing machine is available in the building’s basement.
