We’ve added another vacation rental to our property—a 100-square-meter unit spread over two floors. With its own entrance and parking space, it offers cozy accommodations for up to 5 people. The first floor features a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a double bed, guest restroom, and a small entryway. A marble staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a twin bed. The cozy kitchen, featuring a corner bench, is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle ausgestattet.Im n the living room, you’ll find a sofa set, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV with cable.The bedroom features a double bed and a large solid-wood wardrobe, and the hardwood floors make it ideal for people with allergies. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom all open onto the east- and south-facing balconies.



Our house is located in a central, quiet area, right next to the spa park. The magnificent mountain lakes are just a short distance away, and the historic town center is about a 5-minute walk!
The guest bus stop is also located in the immediate vicinity.



On-site fees: A deposit of 50% of the rental price will be charged after booking. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax will be charged separately on-site. Includes a parking space next to the house and storage for bicycles, sleds, and skis. Children under 3 stay free! Excludes visitor’s tax.
