The first floor features a spacious living-dining area with an adjoining kitchen. From the living-dining area, which includes a fireplace nook, you have access to a separate TV room and the covered patio. On the first floor is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet with grab bars, and a sink. From the hallway, you can reach the upper floor by elevator or stairs.

The upper floor features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom accessible for people with disabilities.

Kitchen: wheelchair-accessible stove with induction cooktop and sink/countertop, dishwasher, coffee maker and espresso machine, electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and freezer, plus a full set of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans.
Living-dining area: Dining table with a TV, high chair for children ages 2 and up, sofa that doubles as a sleeper sofa, and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings by the fire.
TV room: Sofa area for relaxing while watching TV or DVDs.
Covered terrace / patio: Dining table for up to 10 people, electric grill, storage space for your bicycles, walker, or wheelchair.
Bathroom: Shower, toilet with grab bars, sink, and space to hang laundry.
Utility room: Washing machine and dryer.
