Enjoy your vacation in the modern CM Harz apartment in the heart of Bad Sachsa. On 42 m², a stylishly furnished holiday flat with comfortable amenities and many extras awaits you, leaving nothing to be desired.
The CM Harz Apartment in Bad Sachsa offers 42 m² of modern comfort in a bright, combined living and sleeping area. The apartment is allergy-friendly and ideal for two people.
Living/Sleeping Area:
Comfortably furnished with a king-size bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m, open foot end), a sofa with coffee table, a dining area with table and chairs, a 55-inch smart TV (Netflix), a sideboard, and a wardrobe. Electric exterior shutters and a balcony door with insect screen provide additional comfort.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features an induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You will also find a kettle, toaster, egg cooker, mixer, hand blender, a filter coffee machine and a Tassimo capsule machine.
A starter set with coffee and capsules is already provided. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, bin bags, spices, sugar, tea, coffee filters, paper towels and high-quality cookware are also available.
For pleasant dimming and extra comfort, the kitchen is equipped with exterior shutters.
Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, water-saving toilet, illuminated mirror, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, hotel shower gel & soap, cosmetic bin, hand & bath towels, toothbrush cups, toilet paper and bath mat.
Hallway & Extras:
In the hallway you will find a chest of drawers, mirror cabinet and coat hooks. Bed linen, an ironing board with iron, and a vacuum cleaner are included. Available to borrow: Nordic walking poles, backpack, umbrella, picnic basket, cool bag with ice packs, and a shopping trolley.
Enjoy the sunny south-facing balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. An electric awning provides pleasant shade whenever needed.
A free parking space is available directly in front of the building.
We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
