Feel-good vacation in Baden-Baden: Your vacation apartment

Enjoy comfort and nature in our 85-square-meter vacation apartment in Oberbeuern, Baden-Baden. The spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedroom offer everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The terrace is the perfect place to unwind. Explore the picturesque hiking trails of the Black Forest and experience the cultural highlights of Baden-Baden, such as thermal baths and museums.

The apartment is located in a bungalow-style building with a flat roof, designed and built in 1959 by an architect for his own use. The building has two separate apartments; the hosts live in the upper apartment, which is situated on a slope. The vacation rental is on the first floor and features a window front facing the street, which is shielded by a north-facing front yard, on a quiet residential street.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in a hallway leading to three rooms. One of these is a walk-through study on the left with access to the bedroom. The living and dining area is accessed on the right side of the hallway and leads to a kitchen with a separate storage room at the end. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. On the west side of the building is a side entrance that provides access to the northwest-facing terrace. The entire area is reserved for a relaxing stay and for use by our guests.

The apartment has a separate guest parking space located on the property parallel to the street. Access is via a newly paved path leading to the front door of the guest apartment. The path also provides access to the terrace and the side entrance to the kitchen on the west side. Guests are provided with a key to access the apartment.

All of the areas mentioned are reserved for guests. There are no shared areas used with the hosts.
