The house is located in a very quiet area on the edge of the forest and next to the Ache River.
In winter, a cross-country ski trail and a natural toboggan run are just a 5-minute walk away.
In summer, you can set out on various hikes right from the house. The Way of St. James also passes by here.
Various restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away.
If you’re traveling by train, you can go as far as Seefeld or Mittenwald and then take a taxi or bus.
This quietly situated accommodations are a true oasis of relaxation, located right next to a forest stream and serving as a perfect starting point for outdoor adventures.
The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom. The apartment is located on the first floor. From the balcony, you can look out onto the greenery and enjoy nature, the murmur of the stream, and the sunsets. From here, you can explore the picturesque surroundings on hiking and biking trails, play golf, go rock climbing, or go fishing—and in winter, explore the ski resorts.
The entire apartment is exclusively available to you.

Simple Vacation N&B Apartment:

Our apartment (70 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of the building and features a kitchen, bathroom, entryway, bedroom, living room, and a fully covered terrace. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but there is a pull-out sofa in the living room, so it can easily accommodate 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, various coffee makers, etc., and we have excellent Wi-Fi.



On-site costs: Are you a dog mom or dad? If your dog is well-behaved, it’s more than welcome in our apartment. Please bring your own bowls and blankets. For dogs, we charge an additional €20 for final cleaning.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
