On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living room with high-quality vinyl flooring, a cozy sofa area, and direct access to the terrace. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a beautiful view of the garden. Two TVs and a radio provide entertainment, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. There is also a modern elliptical trainer in the hallway that guests are welcome to use.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and designed to meet the needs of discerning guests. You’ll find an induction stove, a microwave, a separate freezer, a dishwasher, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso machine and another coffee maker.
