Look forward to a high-quality, 93 sq m apartment with a lovely sun terrace. Completely renovated in 2025, newly furnished, and available for booking as a vacation rental in 2026. Nothing should stand in the way of a relaxing holiday right by the Hattenheim vineyards. A feeling of well-being in every corner; that's what DAS MUHL offers.
Spacious yet cozy, family-oriented but not intrusive, stylish and wine-loving.
DAS MUHL gets its name from its immediate surroundings.
In earlier times, this area in Hattenheim was known as the Muhl vineyard site. Today, the vineyards, which you can see less than 50 meters away, are located in the district of "Hattenheimer Schützenhaus".
We want you to feel completely at ease during your stay at DAS MUHL.
Our fully equipped fitted kitchen makes cooking a pleasure!
A modern induction hob, oven, microwave, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher offer you first-class comfort – perfect for relaxing holidays.
Whether it's a quick morning coffee or a leisurely dinner: toaster, coffee machine(s), egg cooker and kettle as well as all cooking and kitchen accessories are of course available to you. No wishes will go unfulfilled here!
The spacious living room with adjoining dining area is the stylish heart of the apartment, inviting you to relax and enjoy yourself. The comfortable sofa with motorized reclining function offers the utmost in comfort. A large, swiveling SONY TV with a SONOS soundbar provides excellent entertainment; free Netflix access is included. The wine-focused dining area seats four. High-quality cabinets, books, games, and a fully stocked wine fridge (charged according to consumption) complete the inviting atmosphere.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, modern washbasin, illuminated mirror and a comfortable towel radiator. Naturally, we provide a filled soap dispenser as well as hand and bath towels. A separate guest WC with toilet and small washbasin is also available. Both rooms are stylishly furnished and feature elegant, large-format tiles.
The comfortable bedroom is a true oasis of well-being and offers the best conditions for restful sleep. The spacious king-size box spring bed with topper (180 x 200 cm) ensures maximum sleeping comfort. An elegant wardrobe with folding doors and ample hangers provides plenty of storage space, and an integrated small safe allows for the secure storage of your valuables. A full-length mirror, a beautiful chest of drawers, and two bedside tables complete the furnishings. High-quality parquet flooring, tasteful curtains and electrically controlled roller shutters for complete blackout create a calm, elegant atmosphere for relaxed nights.
The third room impresses as a versatile retreat with a welcoming atmosphere – ideal for another adult guest or two children. The comfortable sofa bed with a topper (sleeping area 140 x 190 cm) and a choice of pillows invites you to a restful sleep. A wardrobe and a spacious chest of drawers offer practical storage space and complete the harmoniously designed furnishings.
Whether for reading, relaxing or simply switching off: A large television with premium cable TV and free access to Netflix ensures the best entertainment after an eventful day of vacation.
For a relaxed arrival and departure, free guest parking is available directly on the DAS MUHL property. You can conveniently charge your electric car at the available wallbox (charges apply) by prior arrangement. Bicycles and e-bikes are securely stored in a lockable, covered parking area and can be charged there free of charge. The south-facing terrace, furnished with a table, four chairs, two parasols, and an electrically operated awning, invites you to linger – perfect for a leisurely breakfast in the sun or a cozy dinner al fresco.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful two-family house in a quiet location. You share the main entrance (two steps) with the landlords and from there you can access your holiday home directly through the separate apartment door.
We have reserved a parking space for you directly on the property for the duration of your stay.
The town of Eltville levies a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night for all private travelers (over 18 years of age). This tourist tax is already included in your rental price and will be collected and paid by us.
You will receive the Eltville GuestCard from us. This allows you to benefit from various offers and discounts.
