Having 4 different bedrooms, all with bath was so nice. Privacy for everyone. The bedrooms were quiet, even when some stayed up well past midnight. Great living area for everyone to sit around and talk. Enjoyed the fireplace as the weather turned chilly. Had to get used to going thru the Teton pass to get to Jackson. Enjoyed birthday dinner at Forage restaurant .

We stay in Victor a lot but this was our first time at this cabin. Host was super responsive and the cabin is roomy and well appointed. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at Blue Winged Olive Cabin. It was perfect for our large group. Bedrooms were cozy and it was nice having so many bathrooms. The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet. Very convenient to Jackson.

It was a great stay. Very family friendly and had a lot of things so you didn’t have to buy. Only complaint is we wanted air and it didn’t work while we had our stay. It would be better to stay during the cooler months because it got hot during our 80 days even with the windows opened and fans going. But we made do and still enjoyed it! We were gone most of the day and it did cool down at night. The upper floor room didn’t and the middle was warm but downstairs was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time staying in this wonderful home! It is as described and has all the basics you could need. Management (Harry) was excellent and even helped us with a small plumbing issue within a couple of hours. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

Pure Bliss

I could write a book about our enjoyment of the home and its surroundings. Beautiful, private location with breathtaking vistas from the front deck. Gorgeous trails immediately behind the home. 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms were much appreciated. Very comfortable beds and linens. Blankets available for chilly early mornings on the deck. Extremely well stocked kitchen and plenty of dishes and silverware. Our family of 9 played outdoors all day and really enjoyed coming home to your exquisite property. We thank you for your part in making this vacation unforgettable.

Fourth of July getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was beautiful and there were nice walking paths close to the cabin. Everything was clean and nice. The home was lovely. We had plenty of room to sleep our party of 10. I loved the fact that each room had its own private bathroom. They had games and things like that for people who wanted to play board games. Wonderful wonderful day! I would recommend renting this.

Incredible house

We had the most incredible stay at the Blue Winged Olive Cabin. It was me, my husband, and our two kids—and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days together in the mountains. The cabin is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Every room is filled with warm, thoughtful touches—from the rich Western and Native American-inspired decor to the cozy furniture that made us feel right at home the moment we arrived.The layout was perfect for a family—spacious and comfortable, with a big open living room where we spent our evenings playing games and relaxing after our adventures. The back patio was a dream in the mornings, surrounded by the peaceful quiet of the forest. It felt like a true escape.Even though you’re tucked into nature, you’re still so close to everything—Grand Targhee, Jackson, and the Tetons are all easy drives away. We loved being able to explore during the day and come back to such a peaceful, beautiful place at night.This cabin is something special—we left with full hearts and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommend for families looking for a private, cozy, and truly memorable mountain getaway.

Comfy get away

The house was the perfect size for our group which consisted of ages from 10-70 and were all family members. We were able to enjoy a little space of our own while still being together. This, by itself, helped us to all have a more enjoyable vacation. The kitchen was especially nice with very up to date appliances and ammenities.

Amazing house in a beautiful area

Artwork and decor was notably well done.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and dining inc spices and staples (left by previous guests). We shopped in Diggs, Victor and Jackson. Lots of options in the area.The neighborhood was beautiful and the neighbors friendly. It was mildly torturous to be on the gorgeous resort grounds knowing we were excluded from its amenities. The bedrooms, closets and baths were spacious, comfy and well stocked. Extra towels, sheets and blankets were appreciated. Our destination was Teton and drove back and forth each day. The drive was beautiful, but allow extra time to get over the mountains. By day 4 we were ready to stop driving but ultimately was worth it.Only downside...The temperature regulation leaves a little to be desired. The two bedrooms downstairs were considerably cooler. The main floor bedroom was warmer. The bedroom on the top floor was uncomfortably warm. We opened windows at night and closed them during the day as recommended. That did help, but the nights were a little warmer than typical for the area so we lacked a good cool down at night. My kingdom for a cotton blanket, still would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Home - We stayed here in July 2015. My wife and I, and 7 of our kids between the ages of 16 and 23. 5 star accommodations. Kelly and Wade with Cabin & Company (management company), were as good it as it gets. Extremely accommodating with request, very responsive, and all the basic items were provided with the rental (shampoo, conditioner, washing detergent, paper towels, etc). At first I was a little concerned by the location, Victor, ID. 24 miles from Jackson over the pass. But this was really a non issue. We founds everything we needed in Victor and easily made the trip to Jackson when we wanted. Try the Darby Canyon Wind Cave hike (moderate & 6.8 miles), bring a light and jacket if you go into cave. If your interested in horseback ride, try Bagley's Teton Mountain Ranch for a 4 hr ride (5 mins away). You won't go wrong with this choice. Although we didn't have time to use them, the resort also has nice amenities (golf, swim, fitness)

These lodges did not disappoint and were even better in person than the photos depict. They are exactly what we were thinking when imagining a fall mountain lodge. There was plenty of room for everyone while still feeling very home-like and cozy. Thank you for supplying plenty of everything such as toiletries, hair dryers, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Usually rentals give you a "starter" that gets you through the first day and then you're on the hunt for essentials. The rocking chairs, expansive balconies, multiple flatscreens and beautiful fireplaces were welcome touches that gave our guests plenty of places to rest, take in the views, spread out or enjoy conversation with family and friends. Our only issue was in a different cabin but it was quickly addressed and handled, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back and rent from C&C again!

Amazing home and town!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had the absolute perfect visit to Victor, Idaho for a family wedding. The house was spectacular and offered everything we needed. The front patio was our favorite spot for crisp mornings and evenings. We only wish we could have stayed longer!! We will be back.
