Owing to the location and the size of the garden, the beautiful house with two bedrooms is ideal for families with children and pets.In the outdoor area a garden awaits you with a lawn and an olive grove, as well as a cosy sunny terrace with garden furniture and a grill. End your evening together with a barbecue or look for a quiet little spot in the garden to read a book and relax. There are two private outdoor parking spaces free of charge. A maximum of two pets are allowed.The ca. 56m² house exudes a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and provides ample space for four to six people. The two bedrooms each have a double bed 160cm wide. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. There is air conditioning and heating in the living room that also cools and heats the other rooms in the house. Wireless Internet access is available in all rooms.It is only about 300 metres the nearest grocery shop, cafes and restaurants. The sea and the beach are just 500 metres away. You can try various water sports here: surfing, jetskiing or canoeing. If you would like sports activities on land, you have a wide choice: riding facilities (ca. 200m), a tennis court (ca. 1km), a volleyball court (ca. 1km), bicycle hire (ca. 200m).
